Looks like Japanese gaming and technology is increasingly taking a back seat to the rest of the world.

These downturns in Japan would perhaps ...

the clincher is really the fact that multiplats are better on the 360.
when one thinks about it, over 95% of games on any one system are multiplats. So, to be fair, on which system do we have the superior 95% of games?
