Are you exgrating or what, if you really work at that place?? Well, there's 100 million PS2 in world, so ofcourse some of them brokes after hard use. It's not suprice if there's five times more broken PS"'s than Xbox, they have sold five times more than Xbox's. I bet if people would call you that their PS2 isn't broke, you'd had no time to work and you'd neeed lots moer people answering phones.

I was in a game expo and where were PS2, GC and just launched Xbox. Well, I tested Halo there.
After few minutes I was already fed up with that crappy controller and Halo uninteresting game.
It didn't even look that good. BUT then I got to play ICO. Goddamit I fell in love with that game in the first minute. It was beautiful and had unique gameplay. Halo wasn't even near that game. So the point here is that xbox games weren't ever in par with PS2 games.
Most FPS are crappehh.

RFOM looks awesome and has lots of going on, but the monsters/aliens ruins it. I'm not into FPS/shooters with those.
they have about same amount polys and details, but
I like the design of Army of Two better. = looks better for me. Visuals are better in action too, more going on = better for me.
It's the gameplay why I'd choose this over GOW.
Though I'd play rather Katamari Damacy than those two games.
And gameplay is alot more interesting too.
If no alien or monster shooting, awesome.
FFXIII trailer should wipe your concerns away. It's mixed CGI and game-play.
