trying to make a good port for the ps3 would only mean working overtime and devs have childrens and wifes at home. they cannot sacrifice their spare time for such a reason. The devs rather work on the console that shall have decent graphics and sell more copies and get the best online service and this is clearly what the xbox360 offers with Fallout3. The Cell can't deliver sales or good online experience. but XBL can.

This is sad . How come a machine that use the CELL cant get Fallout 3 right.
It as been confirmed by the Playstation magazine people . You should all get fallout on Xbox 360 or Pc which both run on a microsoft software.
