If you think 720p isn't enough for a screen that's 11.6" diagonal, you must have some really great eyesight my friend!
Sorry for the disagree, but I thought you made your comment using google translate. English 101 FTW.
best comment all day!
Simulator.
My thoughts exactly. I'm gonna wait for the gimmick-factor to pass and then see if any games I really want to play are developed for it.
The important thing is that it's developed for PS3. That way it can take advantage of the more powerful system. If the 360 gets a port after that, I couldn't care less.
Very true. I think it's because 99% of the people who work on those movies have no idea about the actual game they're based on other than a half-hour powerpoint presentation. Hollywood has a long history of treating gamers like stupid children.
Nice to see a little gameplay, but you really can't beat the emotion that the original unveil for this game had. I almost wish they wouldn't show games this amazing until like 6 months before they come out. The wait is so excruciating.
Yeah, it'll be nice to have a game that we know is great in March instead of being screwed by squeenix like I was this year. Die hard FF fanboy but jesus, XIII sucked for me.
It's because the PSP is bonkers popular in Japan. All handhelds are really big there.
Well... I wasn't happy waiting ten years for any news on PE, I wasn't happy that the news had to do with a handheld, and now this nonsense. There is absolutely no reason to make Aya Brea naked throughout the game. The shower cutscene in PE2 was quick, tasteful, and showed the vulnerability of her character that fit in perfect with the storyline. This is a very cheap trick.
A matter of preference perhaps, but FFXII was really fun for me because it fulfilled the one criteria I have for RPG's: A looonnngg game that is fun to play for a looonnnggg time. I want my money's worth out of any title, and for the single-player experience, FFXII was a straight winner in my estimation.
You're absolutely right. I spend a lot of time playing games that I missed out on 5, 10, 15 years ago, and they're really fun to play even now. Trip-A games are Trip-a games, no matter when they're made or what engine they use.
Interplay gave me some of my best early game experiences. If they have a plan... I'm inclined to go along with it.
I love the one where Mario looks like one of the village people. Disturbing yet funny.
Unless you gave birth to him... It's Kojima-san. Guess you haven't seen it spelled out before.
Bite your tongue Mr. Who knows what we'll have ten years from now. And have you seen the latest videos of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner sim trainer? Looks pretty close even now.
I actually really enjoyed the first game. My only complaint is that we could have used some extra mission dlc for single players. Releasing a new game without supporting the first one just smacks of L4D2.
That's all true enough. The point I was making was not about firmware, as you can update with a usb stick anytime you want. My point was to keep it offline so that the home office won't know what you're up to. Saves a lot of grief if any issues come up.
One month, six days.
