I think Dragon Age 2 is fine. But I agree, it's more like a spin-off for Dragon Age Origins.
And for The Witcher 2, I think they deserve a higher score than just 9/10

I think in our current generation, the most recognizable video game music themes is Skyrim's Dragonborn Theme and Uncharted's Theme (just my opinion)
Halo 4 is gonna be one of the strongest candidate of Shooter of The Year! the other one is Bioshock Infinite.. seems it's gonna be a hard year for COD to take the crown =)
those two can't be compared. Halo 4 is FPS and GTA V is action-TPS
