Brutally expensive, lot of games have been cheaper in previous sales, even though they are still selling games that are dead and adverstise them within this sale (Guardians of middle-earth e.g.).

The Intel Pentium G3258 is pretty good for its price, and in this parts list paired with a Z97 Motherboard and CPU cooler you can overclock it to a maximum of 4.4 GHz which even outperforms the AMD FX 8350 in most games that are not using the CPU so much. Invest 40$ more for a watercooling solution and you can overclock the G3258 up to 4.8 GHz. That should last at least a year or two for current games as well.

Why suprisingly low? EA and Maxis stated, that this games will be "optimized" for extreme low end platforms. So that more people can pay for expansions and it could also run on consoles.

Yes, but most likely this is the indication for a more serious problem. I went through this mess twice, two PS4s, two times CE-34878-0 and within a few days the systems were a complete mess. Last one had a broken GPU, as well as a messed up digital audio out.
But thats just my experience and I had three broken PS4s in total one after another since launch.
Sony simply messed up the PS4. The CE-34878-0 problem could not be fixed since launch and now this major bug, which is even connected to PSN, a service you pay for if you want to play online...
