Wow I'm not a gadget whore, at least not these days, and I think I'm going to buy this.
Is their multiplayer potential between this version of the Vita and the standard Vita?
For no discernable reason, the man is a hack.
"what about he people who actually bought a vita"
They get to keep their Vitas and reap the rewards of having a smaller, more convenient platform with identical functionality and titles. The ram will not affect anything, because right now, the only apps that are forced to close at the operation of a game are other games and apps that would affect system files enough that the Vita would want to avoid crashes.
You can run the web browser, friends list...
I accidentally agreed with you, just so you know, I disagree, I think you're completely wrong.
Redesigns are a part of this industry and it affects nothing for current owners. Anyone who thinks this "screws over" early adopters has no idea what they're talking about.
Sony will screw over early adopters by releasing a redesign that makes it better for operation as a second screen for the PS4, but will not affect game development for the Vita ...
Can't wait. Will only be better for current owners. The whiners in the comments are completely blinded by some unfounded need to be angry about something they don't fully understand.
Acidentally hit the agree button, so discount 1 next time you're feeling good about yourself.
That said, this game isn't just a shooter, or stealth game, or escort mission. As a matter of fact, you spend maybe a combined 30 minutes actually 'escorting', and as much time BEING escorted. The AI handles itself and is NEVER a chore in this game, not anymore then you are to them anyway.
Seriously, this game was designed extremely deliberately. You...
All the sequel request are making me mad... As much as the world of TLOU was fantastic, and definitely could afford more exploration, imagine Naughty Dog taking that attention to detail, that story telling prowess, that passion and expertise to something else? Something new? A Space Opera? Or a Spy game? Or a Fantasy game?
I hate when talent is forced to sit still and do the same thing over.
Maybe Microsoft is doing what they did with Nokia - inserting a puppet CEO to reign in their connections and developers and making them go to work with MS.
Zynga could be the lead developers on Xbox One's exclusive in-house free games, like RareWare was doing with 1 vs 100 and those other products on 360.
Jason Rubin could get anyone to invest in him at this point, so, how about Jason Rubin+4A(real budget)/(nextgenplatforms)=??? ???
I'd agree, but that game is a bit more anime-y and even more PSO. It's not bad though, I did enjoy the demo.
I don't understand, what was this debacle? PSPs are full capable of infrastructure and ad-hoc multiplayer, so why did Capcom not capitalize on that?
Sony developed software to allow games that play on ad-hoc to play worldwide with Ad Hoc Party.
What was this argument they had?
Good to know, considering MHFU is my most played game on my Vita.
Fucking Capcom has no idea what they're doing, and how great of a game MH could be if they weren't rereleasing the same game with the same shoddy graphics and systems and issues on the same run of the mill platforms.
AND I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE JUST SAID WE'RE MAKING ARE GAME SIMPLER AND EXPECTING MORE PEOPLE TO BUY IT AT THE SAME PRICE
WHY WOULD I CARE FOR CONTENT EXCISED FROM THE GAME
LEAVE ME ALONE JADE. YOU BROKE MY HEART, AND YOU SPIT ON IT AND YOU SUCK.
let's totally ignore the fact that Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (likely it's peak of 'complexity') was one of the highest rated, most beloved, (and I would imagine) best selling titles on the original Xbox.
I WAS PLAYING MY ORIGINAL XBOX COPY THE OTHER DAY.
Yeah, no.
These studios are still getting paid. Boxed copies are still being sold. PS+ does not offer every game released to be on it's service, and you can see that most of the must have games never go there - so it benefits people who spent a lot on development but don't expect Call of Duty returns at retail.
And because it's subscription based, it's raking in tons of money for Sony, on a monthly basis.
It's a win/win/w...
Quite ironic
