Sev, I too have a new baby girl, hold down a full time job and run my own website. On top of that I am renovating my house and have other commitments but there is always time to fit in some gaming now and then. I'm sorry to hear about this - I know I would be pi$$ed if it happened to me but I would certainly continue gaming and regaining my trophies. Good luck.
You are absolutely correct. If Sony release Eyepet and the console is still at it's current price it will not sell. Even if all the children in the world are screaming for Eyepet their parents are not going to buy a PS3 at that price. It's a bad choice for Sony to make.
I'm from the UK and I can honestly say I have seen NONE / NOTHING. Not a single TV advert for ANY Sony game!
I have seen a few Xbox ads and about a million wii ads. I see the Wii adverts about 5 times a day and I hate them!
Anyway - the only advert I have seen was for R2 at the cinema (before quantum of solace) and it looked great.
But, I have also seen no adverts for Gears 2.
Another good review. My feelings exactly. I'm falling for this game. It is amazing. Has anybody seen the gradius themed shoot-em-up level? Brilliant. Incidently, take a look at my beatmachine level if you like ;D. It's a beat generator where you can remix the beat by dragging a block over each of the parts. So you can remove the kick drum or the snaredrum etc....Just a bit of fun.

Well - it is hard, especially the later levels but it is still amazing fun and fiendishly addictive. One of my most played games. This update will have me hooked once again after I've successfully been through re-hab and weaned myself away from its vice-like grip!
Agreed Wipeout HD is very hard. TBH - I suck at the game anyway. I just can't seem to get a feel for it at all. I turn too late or too early at nearly every corner. I can't understand the air brake mechanism. Sometimes I put the airbrakes on and I literally hit the inside edge of the corner face on !! And that's with steering assist ON - if I turn it off I'm utterly useless. I don't normally suck at games but I just can't seem to understand the dynamics and feel of this game at all.

Just one massive agree. I can't imagine what will be created with 2 million people making levels. It will be immense. Admittedly 50 percent of the creations will probably be rubbish but there WILL be some awesome creations and imaginative levels. We've already seen genius in the beta. Welcome to the Little Big Planet everybody !!

Yep - I did find the cutscenes stuttering and framerate drops - was still a great game though. I thought my 360 was dying sometimes during the cutscenes. It did eventually !

After spending about 5 hours on KZ2's multiplayer I have got to say it is the most graphically advanced and deeply involved game I have played.
Some of the maps are amazing and hugh, while some force CQC on you. So far the action has been very intense, but I see as I progress up the ranks the game becoming more tactical.
