I'd say ps2 is the greatest console ever -- it's market dominance allowed it to have exclusive after exclusive -- Sony had some of the best 1st and 3rd party support-- I'd put psx and snes as second followed by n64
While I wouldn't say it's one of the worst-- it certainly didn't live up to the name --- by now I was hoping to play a Zelda minus the remakes-- xenoblade and Mario kart was my personal highlights of the system -- I say I'm more disappointed with how Nintendo handled the system than the system itself -- I feel they are short changing people by rushing nx--- it is what it is though
The answer is no. Be it success or failure Nintendo has always done it the way they want -- yes they are arrogant especially fil aims( hate that guy) but I think one of the reason Nintendo stayed relevant so long is they don't follow a trend.
