Looks like we have a jealous person on this thread =)
When a company needs to point out something like this, it makes me think twice about what they're saying, lol. They're pointing out something that would be obvious for anybody who gave a rat's ass about sales. I'm not sure if what Nintendo is saying has any truth behind it since I never really look into video game sales.
I love my 360, but besides that Halo game for Alan Wake, there isn't any game that interests me coming out this year. PS3, on the other hand, has at least 15 games coming out between now and November.
=P
That's what happened with Tomb Raider Underworld. Part of the story was cut off and offered as 360 exclusive DLC.
Is it?
As soon as this game was announced for the 360, a trailer was released....lol.
This game isn't a PS3 exclusive. It's going to another platform. Through it'll be either a Sony platform or PC.
Plus most people just download them for free, lol. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
They're trying to make the 360 seem like it's the best thing to happen to humanity.....when in reality, all the games that look good are those that run on an outdated engine.
You DO realize that Sony didn't develop this game...right? They only helped pay for the development.
Now the waiting game begins...
It seems like their gaming divisions are the ugly step children who fight amongst each other >_<
Oh well, look how freaking pretty it looks, lol. Sort of like MGS4, right? Where the transition between gameplay and cut-scene is hard to notice, lol.
I don't give a damn if this game has sucky graphics, goes multiplatform, or doesn't even sell as well as FFXIII...I just want to play this game already dammit! I get goosebumps watching VSXIII trailers. The mood, character designs, and latin music fit well together. Sort of like the Kingdom Hearts 2 trailer we got to watch for like a year before it's release. Man, you gotta love the Kingdom Hearts team. They sure know how to make things so epic. They made Disney characters epic, for goodness ...
I'm not trying to hate on it, but with the 1,000's of developer support the iPod has, it's really hard to see something like this taking over. Plus, when most people think about MP3 players, they think about the iPod...not a Zune. Heck, people I know have never even heard of a Zune, lol.
I hope it's real....that would give games even more replay value...which is something this gen is enforcing - which is a great thing.
This game is getting a simultaneous worldwide PS3 release. No worries =D
I'll just download it from the internet. No point in wasting so much on a movie you can get for free.
