Nobody did as bad as they did.
Edit: I was kidding, but in all seriousness, these amateur journalist shouldn't be allowed to even be near a keyboard. Their failure to understand that E3 isn't a competition, but a showcase, is pathetic. Nobody did "better" or "worse" than Microsoft. They all did well and their greatness in presentation can only be measured by fans - not be measured for everybody by some crappy journalist.
I'm just sick of these art...
When was this ever even announced? Lol
I don't mind waiting for a high quality game with extra content. Plus, there are a lot of great games coming out this Fall to to hold me off till then.
Kojima isn't involved with MGS: Rising at all. The only people working on it are the young staff at Kojima Productions - heck, not even the people who worked with MGS4 are involved.
Kojima and the MGS4 staff are focusing their effort into the PSP game. That says a LOT.
DVDs can't have 1080p when so much data is being compressed. It's upscaled.
I mentioned it because the PS3 version of the PSP game will be much better. So yes, the PS3 version will have those and more, of course.
Microsoft braged about how Forza 3 had an outstanding amount of cars with a 600 car slection...but this comes out and it has 800 cars. Man, I can only imagine how many the PS3 version will have. I just bring it up because this is a portable system and you'd expect Forza 3 to have, you know...more.
You DO realize that E3 ends on Thursday, right? On Wednesday, it's Konami's and Square-Enix's conference.
I love the PSP, but it's too big to just carry around anywhere for me. But...I'm not willing to dish out console price for an iteration of a portable with nothing new the PSP can't already do software wise. People can easily get large memory sticks and stuff them with games.
During Konami's Conference. It's the game Kojima is slightly involved in. The game teased on his site (the mask).
Nah, it's not. The source comes from the same site that revealed the MGS games and their platforms before the E3 announcements.
He just said it was only possible on the PS3. And he said that because Microsoft doesn't allow that sort of user created content.
This game won't maximize the 360 nor the PS3. It isn't exclusive, so it needs to be developed with both consoles in mind and can't optimize either console since both consoles work totally different.
Even though E3 isn't a competition, me as a gamer and owner of all consoles can't help but feel that Sony really kicked ass at E3. They showcased the most exclusives and the most surprises. Microsoft shocked me with Alan Wake gameplay and that motion thing (forgot what it's called). However, Sony has LOTS of exclusive games, the Final Fantasy XIV announcement for PS3 and PC really shocked everybody. That new car game (race, share, create one) looks amazing. PSP Go! Looks promising as well as ...
There was an E3 trailer for it.
By using the web browser. So....what's the point in creating a new software for it?
300,000 journalist feel the need to submit their "news" to this site.
It's already confirmed to be going to the PC and PS3 as well.
Too bad when Microsoft themselves said FFXIII would be released on the 360 they stated that it would release on the same day as the PS3 version.
That's the perfect time to release it. Now all we need is a Final Fantasy Versus XIII release date and we'll be set. I wonder what sort of trophies each game will include =O
Edit:
Yeah, but I really hope they actually do release it this Spring. RPGs this gen have been lacking. Tales of Vesperia is the only decent RPG I've played so far.
As far as exclusives go, they announced two Halo games, Crackdown 2, and some Arcade game by Epic, which resembles old school Metroid games in a vague sense. Their console exclusive games were Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, and I can't remember what else. By console exclusive, I mean it won't be coming to the Wii or PS3, but it'll go to the PC.
Not a bad line-up, but I feel that they should have announced more.
