Normally I do not wish ill will on anyone but honestly I hope this suit is filed and Sony loses. They seriously could have prevented this. At every turn they have dared people to hack them, refused aid from those looking to help, and just made poor choices regarding security measurements. No one is perfect but come on!
I agree I hate this crap. Worst part? It will never go on sale. I would be fine if they would later toss it all out in a pack as DLC.
Sorry but I really have no desire to play this Kinect or Move. When I get home from work the *last* thing I want to do is do anything but sit on the couch with a controller. My real question is: Why care about this above Round 4 aside from blood? Blood isn't a $60 feature for me.

I looked and...perhaps I'm dumb....but I can't seem to find how to change my location from the USA to the UK so I can get this theme. Is there a way?
In general these days I just wait for the GOTY edition to come out. With all the patches and DLC that gets released I figure I can pay $60 for one game now or buy two games for the same price(The GOTY editions). In my mind I am not waiting a year, I just refuse to pay $60 for a game. With DLC the game can sometimes end up costing me $100.
