I see both sides to this debate. The gamepad is the selling point and its what makes wii u unique. I also see where the 250 price is the best consumer sweet spot. The ps3 still costs anywhere from 269.00 to 300 dollars and 360 is 199 to 250. Thats for 7 yr old tech. The answer to what happened is simple and has many variables. They weren't ready to launch. The marketing team has done a piss poor job of conveying what the wii u is and what its capable of. Its too early to comment on wii u power. It takes time to truly learn how to tweak a console to deliver maximum results. IMHO i believe zelda u will showcase some of wii u graphical prowess. Nintendo may not always have the most powerful hardware, but they know how to squeeze insane results out of their hardware. So you dnt get the prettiest graphics with nintendo but you get a fun experience and arguably the most reliable hardware on the market.

I loved this game as a kid. I remember being sad it wasnt longer. Id love to see a remake of this game with todays systems and their capabilities. It would be a day one purchase for me. Sad alota games lack the imaginative and creativity this sci fi gem had.
