Really don't understand why you're getting disagrees. 30fps should not be acceptable on this new gen. never. 60fps should be the minimum. I'd rather have 60fps than ray tracing.
Sorry but Xbox does not have exclusives. They themselves said all their games are coming to PC, so Avowed is not exclusive.
