That makes sense. A straight up remake in that sense would be cool.
But, I agree with you on the fact that they'd prolly change a lot.

It says they can handle dropped connections so that may be all it is.
To make sure the disc being inserted into the console is a legit copy.
They may have a fallback. Like no connection means no achievements.
Iduno, but I just can't see them denying everyone without a connection.

They wouldn't deny it. Because it gives away details one way or the other.
Basically, people would just start making up things to figure it all out.
If they deny it, it's false. If they say nothing, it's true. See how that works?
They don't want to give out details until they are ready, then it'll all be out.
They will acknowledge true claims and deny the claims that turn out false.

Honestly, I think people need to just chil...

" Won't touch that game til/if it goes offline." That didn't make sense. :P

Won't touch that game til it goes offline.
Won't touch that game if it goes offline.
So, basically.. you won't touch the game, regardless? ^_^

But, anyway, I agree with you. I have good connection, but still.
I have problems with it; occasional drops and other times no connection.
It would just be stupid for MS to do this, ...

What I'd like to know is what do people 'want' from a FF7 remake?
Just the same game but in high definition, or what it is that's wanted?

Don't like gunplay,, go play Skyrim. No guns! :D

I don't want one every year, although every year and half would be better.
So you would get 2 in three years. But, I'm okay with how it is, for the most part.
As long as the games remain to be good.. I get them at my own pace, anyway.

Agreed. I loved the fighting better.. way better back in AC1.
You're an assassin.. not a super hero who can murder everyone.

The difference, to me, is that CoD is basically always the same.
Change a few weapon skins, player skins, map layouts, killstreak names.
They don't really add anything new; new features, new ideas, new.. stuff.
They might add one new thing a year, always been the same engine.
Assassins Creed has changed a lot and added stuff every new iteration.

Just wondering.. what are some games that have 'generic' characters like Gears?

4675d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Can't beat GTA, really. But, Watch Dogs could very well be a huge surprise.
And the fact that it's compared to these two games as a new IP speaks for itself.
I love GTA games, but as it is number 5.. I kinda am looking forward to Watch Dogs, more.

I think it would be an awesome tool to have in an MMO..
Like if you was able to save enough money to buy a planet/moon/land.
Then you can spend credits on building a base for like a 'clan.'
Even throw in multiple people being able to work together to build one.

Iduuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuno.

Definitely looks neat; this is a collectors controller.. not what most companies put out. x_X

As long as they remain interesting, it'll be fine by me.. for a bit.
I enjoy the games, I just highly wish they would up the difficulty.
The first game was great in that aspect. Your best chance to survive was to run.
Now, you can just simply slaughter hoards and hoards on enemies, that's no fun.

Nawh, I liked the first two games. With some simple and minor improvement..
Well, the game would have have been stellar. Instead they went the opposite way.

I liked both games with Rios and Salem. This one, the demo, felt funky.

Lately I've been playing games such as Legend of the Dragoon, FF7 and FF Tactics.
And, of course, that's been on my laptop. I'd rather hook it up to my 50" TV.
So, if this little thing can play games such as those, and even better ones, I'm in.

Some of you are over-thinking it, I'd say. C'mon, think about it a little.
For some people, carrying it would be great. Sorta like my father.
My father goes out of town for work to stay in a hotel, for a month.
It's a perfect little device that can easily be packed away with everything else.
And, because it's so little it's not too much of a burden to carry with you.

I go from place to place quite often, so I could make use ...

Alright, great. That's always good. I like odd endings that make ya think.

O.O Thanks!

I should have been more clear.. I didn't have a problem with ME3 ending.
Sure, it could have been a whole lot better, but it didn't piss me off.
I was just asking from the articles point of view, that it doesn't work.
So many people, like you said, said ME3 ending was terrible and such.
So, just from that perspective is what my question was meaning.
If it didn't make sense in an opinion way or is it just out of whack.
