This whole + size movement is pure cancer. As a skinny dude who used to be fat, I can tell you there is nothing fun or noble about being fat. Yes there are people genetically inclined to be overweight, but the reality is that most Americans eat WAY too many carbs. Is having that perfect build realistic? No but its a better goal to aspire to than being a blob.
