You don't need to stick jump with the wii remote and nunchuck, you use the C button. Or if you don't want to use the C button the control's are customizable so you can set it to whatever you want.
but hey, if you don't like using the wii remote and nunchuck for brawl then that's your opinion and I'm not going to try to change it.

Actually playing with the wii remote and nunchuck is not that bad, in fact (And I never thought I would say this) I actually perfer playing brawl with them, the only button's you need are A,B,C and Z witch are all placed right where my finger's rest.
But I do agree about the GC controller being one of the best feeling controller's ever. :)
