hmm whats really going to hurt this chump is the psn network you signed an agreement yes hardware is yours but the loophole im starting to see is the network he manipulated it and broke the agreement and also i see if he took any money he looses this case period.

Microsoft has proven that in the video games industry you can really buy success which they have almost everything the have now was not earned the traditional way but bought that's dishonorable in my book and that's a very scary thing to know any company can come into the gaming market and bully their way in a throw money at anybody for anything and gather fan boys to defend it and they know in their hearts its wrong. kinect would not have went anywhere if it wasn't for that insan...

nothing the way things look for the xbox brand now and the way investors want to get rid of the brand I highly doubt they will allow Microsoft to dive into another console gen. I guess that's why they are saying kinect is like a new console bc this may be it for them.
