I just picked it up last week from gamestop for $10, sadly i haven't had the time to play it yet.
40 minutes is a while, id laugh if somebody was installing and just as it was at 99% they got YLOD. But GT5 looks amazing, not my type of game though.

Regernerating health isnt that bad, and the walls or cover don't just come outta nowhere in Gears, but i feel you on the "not enough enemies on screen" deal.

I remember when I got my ps3 and uncharted 2 last year and I took a big whiff of Uncharted 2 and my friends were like o_O I think he's high.

Im more or less a sony fanboy, but Gears 1 was amazing, it was my favorite game and it introduced me to the online multiplayer, i used to play it all the time at my friend's house. That's the reason i like Uncharted 2, because it reminds me of those good times, and improves upon them, gears 1 didn't have a broken multiplayer, only Gears 2 did. I'm hoping that they fix this with Gears 3.
It'd be awkward doing the motion capture for this scene.
