The games are on their way. Even if Sony doesn't win 2008, they did a much better job this year and that is commendable. I'm not going to stamp my feet and sell my PS3 if there's a chance the 360 will win 2008.
Sony will still deliver on the games either way.
So...a PS3 fan mentions it. Does that mean someone who hasn't played Gears 2 should be saying it's better looking than two games that are out already? Gears 1 is a nice looking game but to say it's better than Uncharted and MGS4 is laughable.

The PS3 has always been the harder system to work on when it comes to multiplatform games. The 360 came out before the PS3 and it was cheaper/easier for developers to make games on. Since the PS3 is a bit costly and it's tougher for developers to understand it, that's why PS3 owners get crappy ports.
Most of these developers don't want to take their time developing for the harder system, so they rush the ports.

...I played the demo and the graphics weren't bad at all. In fact, the graphics were pretty good so I don't see what the hell these people doing the comparisons are talking about. It's not my cup of tea so I'm not buying it.
But whoever wants to buy the game, buy it for the sake of gameplay and not graphics. The gameplay is good and most of all, it's pretty fun.
