Because the mainstream gamers play there games on Normal. You can't review games on the hardest difficulty and be like: Yeah game is really hard and you will die a lot en repeat the same thing over and over again to just finish the game. Even publishers don't want it, because in almost every game, the AI doesn't get better if you switch in difficulties. The game isn't changing, the fact that you will be killed by a handfull of bullits, is not s...
Well you know that reviewers can't play every difficult setting right, like Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard. That's why most reviews are based on Normal, with extra playtrought in harder difficulties, because most of us play games on Normal first, and then switch to Hard. The people who like trophies and stuff mostly start on the highest difficulty.
If I can speak for myself (and for PSFocus); Yes some reviewers are rushing for faster reviews and that's a very bad...
But it's not only that. It's his psychological problems + no friends + never had a girlfriend + playing violent games / watching violent movies + obsessive about guns + male between 20/40 years ect. That profile is a lot bigger then just playin violent viodegames.
The Dutch media doesn't pick out the fact that he'd played a lot of violent videogames (thank god for that one), but it was said by his uncle, a source of a newspaper and a FBI profiler. It dominates the news in the Netherlands, but the real question is; Why was he a member of a shooting club, when he had psychological problems? And where did he get his machine gun from?
Both of them are very ugly!
Well.... Call of Duty sells better on the PS3, then Killzone. I don't know how about Battlefield, but it also could sell better on the PS3, then does exclusive PS3 games you mention.

Because games like Call of Duty, Medal of Honor and Battlefield sell better on the Xbox 360, and I think Sony doe'sn't like it. They need something exclusive.
It could be Zipper. I think that's possible because I can't see them doing a new MAG. They could make two teams: 1 for SOCOM, 1 for new game.
