I think the story will pick off from where the comic series ends right until the days before meeting Joel, spanning about a few weeks.
On a second thought, it's important to introduce Riley to the players. So they might just start from the very beginning.
It's good to learn more about the console—what works and what doesn't.
Looks great.
Please don't ignore the DS3's inconveniences. I play far away from my ps3 and it's simply not possible for me to charge it while playing, given the length of the usb cable. Instead, I have to rely on my 2nd controller and charge the 1st one while playing with the 2nd. Rechargeable AA batteries is definitely a better option for me. "Swap and go" rather than getting a new controller.
I was watching the behind the scene video for TLOU where the developers kept mentioning how they were constrained, in terms of the things they can put in the game, by the amount of ram the ps3 currently has. They merely had 512Mb of ram to work with but managed to produce something so graphically impressive. Now 8Gbs? Yes, it may not be sufficient for gaming PCs in the upcoming years, but it definitely is quite a significant jump for consoles and I'd think the developers would not be heav...
Saying driveclub is free is like saying KI is free.
Agreed. It's exasperating to see people being so critical and cynical about others, whichever side they are from. I hate the air of negativity around here; it's stifling. People should lighten up. To be fair, both consoles have great games coming up and I'm looking forward to the future offerings.
I applaud you for your vivid imagination.

I don't see how you are using your brain when your dense mind is incessantly fixated on drm and failing to comprehend ms's approach on game sharing. And who are you to gratuitously revile others whose decisions don't resonate with yours?
"As a matter of fact I saw
how assassins creed had frame rate issues on PS4 at

Probably why it's $100 cheaper :)
Why is everyone missing the point in the article that we are able to share our games to up to 10 friends? Only one person would be able to play at a single time. Essentially. it's analogous to disc exchanging: the quintessential aspect of console gaming. If it's true, it'd be really awesome to just build a game library with a group of friends right from the very beginning.
But one thing I noticed is that with this system, the "used game" loop would be ...
I find it strange when people talks about "paying twice": One for the internet, another for multiplayer. They are entirely two unique services provided by different companies. It's like paying for the internet and expect everything on the internet to be free. To be fair, since you paid for the game, they should offer you the complete experience, which includes multiplayer, without extra charges.
But with free games added on top of multiplayer and other perks,...
Free games!
I'm still gonna get one if the games are good, not scrutinize every non-gaming aspect of a console like everyone. With once every 24 hour online requirement, highly controlled used games system and excessive emphatic focus on Kinect, yes, it would turn people away, but would definitely not impede their gaming experience. Personally, I really enjoyed Halo and I think nothing stated above would actually change this.
@iceman06
I'm pretty MS isn't ignorant enough to be unaware of that. That being said, future profits may very well be software-driven rather than hardware itself, in accordance with their business plan.

In all honesty, I'm not any sort of "fanboy" ,but just a concerned passerby. It's ludicrous: You claiming to be educated in economics. Well, I shall argue no more. But bring this up to any economist, he will shoot your opinion down with immediacy.

Your construction of this observation is terribly flawed. The exchange rate for yen to usd in recent months was 95 yen to a dollar, compared to 85 yen to a dollar in the previous year. Are you telling us that this relatively small depreciation of about 10% would yield 7.1 billion yen in profits? It doesn't make sense, does it?
So here's the main reason: Nintendo benefited from the depreciation as the goods are relatively cheap to buy from other countries' persp...
Trying to discredit him wouldn't help. What he said in the article above is based on facts not rumors.
