Project Gotham Racing 3 had a fantastic C0CKPIT view nearly 2 years ago.
The interior of the cars displayed real time shadows and self shadows, the windows displayed dirt and fantastic sun glare.

It probably would have been one more multi-platform title that was better on the Xbox360 than the PS3.
I'd like to point out that the article's crappy translation does state that Haze is exclusive to the PS3 "THIS YEAR".
This probably means the game is a timed exclusive, which is good for Haze, because the Halo train is comin' and I don't think HAZE wanted to be lying on the tracks.
The camo system is pretty much automatic with the exception of the face camo that he customizes in the first scene. Although I do agree, I think that should also be automatic.

You have a next gen console and a hi-def movie player. You really don't have a "Need" for a PS3 right now. I agree. ALso, there really aren't more than one or two compelling titles that are even close to warranting the purchase of a PS3.
Yeah a lot of people try to sell you on Motorstorm, or Resistance, but the truth is, most of us have stopped playing those two games. And now with the mediocre reviews of the HIGHLY ANTICIPATED titles Warhawk...

I don't think anyone is saying that the PS3 is inferior to the XBOX 360.
Anybody with ANY technical knowledge knows that the PS3 has some amazing potential, and is a great piece of hardware.
With that said, we really cannot expect anything innovative...
If all the SONY bragging is to be believed regarding the SHEER POWER of the PS3, it wouldn't matter how much time the XBox360 devs had with the console, it shouldn't be able to look nearly as good as the PS3 version.... unless......

Remember... in SONY's mind, American's are cheap, and people in the UK are used to paying a lot for everything... So really, SONY is doing us all a favor by even letting us buy a PS3
If this is a planned outage, it would have been nice to get some kind of notification that this was going to happen.
If this is just a scheduled maintenance for the E3 stuff, that's pretty aweful customer service on SONY's part.
At least Microsoft gives all of its XBOX LIVE users some notice when these things will be happening.

In fact, there are quite a few games that look better than this screenshot.
I have no idea what people are basing their praise on, but this screenshot doesn't show me anything.
Reminds me of Condemned with the dark indoor environment and dynamic shadow.
Not bad... SONY's killer app stacks up well against a 1st generation Xbox360 game.
J/K... who the hell knows... this is not nearly enough to pass judgement on a game for.
The deciding factor for this game will be gameplay.
It might be pretty, but if it plays anything like the original KILLZONE, it's not going to be worth purchasing
