@zebramocha you said it no theater,DVD,Netflix,tv and Hulu deals like movies. Even music has plenty of outlets to make money from. However there is gamefly but it hasn't really taken off and there's like 2 ps3 games when I go to a redbox.

I think they have first day DLC so they can make their money back for all that's lost from second hand sales.
As a consumer we have no rights, we have a choice. They make the games so how can you complain when they want there money for their work. If you can't afford the game either wait until the price drops or forget about it. They don't owe us a thing and If you want them to keep making amazing games they need incentive which is MONEY.

If you've ever played GOW or GT you'd understand the Appel. Sony is always bring out new IPs like the Last of Us for example IMO they aren't boring at all. Look at N they've used the same characters since I can remember and Microsoft relies on Halo, Gears and Fable. If you consider Sony boring what do you think about the other companies?

WiiU is next gen for Nintendo but current gen for consoles. If you think about it there's no arguing that it has a better gpu and more ram but....it doesn't have Bly-ray or a 50+ disc that alone sets it back. Sadly but like MS did to the Xbox they need to cut the ps2 &psp. What is the reason to upgrade when you still get new games and support. If they want to attract devs they need sells. I don't think anyone even knew about the wiiu when the NPG was announced in Janurary. With remote play on the pap you could stream videos, music and games from ps3. You could also use it as a controller but only for certain games given the lack of an analog. It's nothing new and the psv it's has expanded upon those features. I think this, kinect, wii and move have great application but gaming isn't one of them. If you look at the quality of games these motion controllers put out is bad. Although the move and wii have buttons which makes them slightly better in gaming. I think the wii/ps vita route is the future.
