i'm guessing it'll be used like gunsmith and/or as a mini-game just something to make you feel like your missing out. I'm glad that Sony decided to not force move on developer because if they feel a need for it and have time for it, they use it and do it right and not grudgingly support it just so there's a Move sticker on the cover. That may not be the situation for MS devs but to say that every game is going to have kinect i'm sure some studio weren't happy.
the 3ds isn't selling very well right now and the psp and DS are out selling it in japan and othe regions. It released 3 months ago and just reach 3 million world wide. I hope you and others enjoy the 3ds but i think people are more excited by the pspvita. If the PSV was 50-100 more i'd give it to nintendo but same price with incredible hardware i think sony has a winner.

Do they really think people will pay 30-50 for a xbl game just because it's on a disk? I just hope they justify the change by extending the game and making a controller optional.
i wish nintendo would have went without the 3d and focused on the hardware. There may have been two analogs or something to set it physically apart from the original DS.
he's talking about the split screen feature which work by using 3D tech. so far Sony's the only company pushing 3D into their consoles. So it makes since that he wants to know if the split screen feature will also work with he's other consoles. He's not asking if this tv will work with his other consoles just the feature.

you got it! except it's not really pocket sized but the PSV's looking amazing and that's just launch imagine a year or two down the road. I've never been so excited for a launch the one thing that i'd like to see is Sony incorporating Live Area into the ps3 and allowing you to swap between the old and mature XMB and the fresh and young Live Area because it really does feel isolated. I'd like to see you pshome avatar incorporated like MS and Nintendo aswell.
in my opinion the two are nothing alike the wii was extremely cheap as opposed to the 400-500 xbox and the 500-700 ps3. Also society has changed a lot since 2006, it won't be as clear cut as wii vs. xbox and ps3. Now all have motion control, all are HD, and their all closely price there has never been a generation as conformed as these and it will be fun to watch it unfold.

MS have stated every future first party title will support kinect not just this years or the next but every, it'll be expected that if your a first party studio your going to be forced to shoe-horn kinect into any game you make. If Sony said the same i'd be just as disappointed just so you know. Also i can't speak for every third-party studio but do you think the star wars game would be exclusive if not for some kind of pay off or what about child of eden for the ps3 releasing 3 m...
you never know the cia could be behind these hacks to secure internet control im not saying they are but it's not always black and white. Think about in about ten years every aspect of life will be internet based so if government controlled the internet they would be able to jack up prices "for our safety" of course and control what we are able to access. What if like with driving we needed a licence to use the internet a we have to scan it to even get on the internet. It may so...

MS needs to not force it onto people and into games. As i watched this years MS E3 i was thinking that everything they showed looked like tech demos not kinect games. No matter how "cool" gunsmith is, how often would you honestly be using after a week. Or ME3 and voice controls, why can't people just use a mic like so many games that have done the same thing. MS is taking every opportunity to tack on kinect instead of letting devs decide if it works their game or not.

i just wonder how they'll split the sound figure that out and the ghosting issue and i'm sold i don't own even an HDTV yet so this will be great. oh man UC3 will support co-op online multiplayer i can't wait.
Everyone already has a DS so right now theres no reason to spend the extra money on the 3ds, 3d does nothing for actually gameplay unlike dual screens and that's were it fails. Along with the very short battery life, lack of games, high price, and the fact that the psvita is just around the corner and the same price people are probably going to wait till they can compare both side by side. March wasn't the best time to release new hardware either.
it was slow but the PSV's price took the world by storm and the new pstv was a awesome surprise can't wait. Wanted to see Sorcery and more Move games though.
