Always online drm console discs requires a download therefor not a disc version and pc version still has ray tracing/sutter/performance issues oh also sony has exclusive missions/modes. You heard it fold grab a 13900k rtx 4090 and get a game that runs/looks like this.
120fps 4k max that is good for sure but the cost of a rig like this see revia tuner top left.
Though it was bad performance wise colso protocol had more going then empty areas with a few zombies i think that looked better.
the texture load is normal for unreal engine go back to 360 launch or the old doom games on ps3 all unreal engine titles have suffered this issue.
Development teams have also found ways to fix this issues of course but not all know how too.
