Xbox was the last to raise there prices every company from netflix/hbo/disney/hulu to your nintendo/playstaion all saw prices increases aswell as plan changes to there services then xbox followed why not?.

Just remember overwatch is free to play online on playstation (no psplus) concord is not.
You still do not see nore does it look like anyone yes mircosoft has had those failures but there software over the years has always made them alot of cash along with firing staff and like i said making 4 jobs into one.
Then there military contracts like there hololens

With this game having crossplay along with the new ramp up of cheaters on pc you will no doubt see a huge drop of players in the coming month's. One huge downside of the game being free is the lack of paywall for those that get banned do too a use of cheat menu free games have it worse for cheating.
The new wave of issues on all builds is just the cherry ontop of a cake that was delayed for years but still came out under cooked.
Though capcom has had sales for there re games lets not all forget the huge elephant in the room which is mod support.
The first resident evil remake was made by fans taken down by capcom then they stamped there logo on it after that mods came in made the replay factor way better than the original.
But when they made them all in house then came the cuts for the modern audience followed by re4 mt's then they went after the modders even in really old t...
It was talked about awhile back that the Singapore branch the ones that made skull bones are making a black flag remake. It has at that time 3 months of work put into it.
Not even a hour and a sony fanboy has arrived to defend them.
Right to the chase of cutting of my words to change them into a way that support's there view screw the facts its sony.
Now lets wake up and read again it was 86/200 million in other words a average of 2.32 digital sales to every 1 disc sale.

Unless you really got first gen ddr5 memory controller that has memory training/speed issues and a overpriced gpu atleast 3 grand to build the pc just to play on a 1440p monitor a 3yr old rig could max out.

Right ubisoft has been on life support for awhile everyone of there ip's has had huge shift's in population/sales and fan base.
