i grew up with pixar as a kid and i love all their films. they have the most talented people working in the studio.
pixar films are aces, don't compare it with horribly put together crap called transformers. dont get me wrong i loved the special effects, best in business, but other than that the movie is crap
sigh. doesnt matter which one looks better, whoever has a ps3 gets the ps3 version whoever has a 360 gets the 360 version.
but hack n slash + fighting games are meant to be played on the sixaxis or dualshock controller. you cant mash on the 360 controller, it feels wrong
i buy games from the companies that have the best track records. warhawk, uncharted, ratchet and clank are all on my list this year.
heavenly sword, lair and the others can wait for a price drop. but hey, who cares about these reviews. IGN UK gave their reviews .5 or .7 below what IGN US gives so i'll wait and see what IGN US gives because i like the people better and trust their reviews a lot more. if they give it below 8 then its true the game is bad and i'll just suck it up ...

ok seriously dude, you're an idiot. the reason why games port to ps3 is either they flop bad or they are crazy successful. bioshock is one of those crazy successful games and it'll prob have bonus features and stuff when its released on bluray a few months later.
but by then everybody will be playing something awesome, ps3 and 360 fanboys alike. I mean i grew up with MGS4 and GT5 and i'd rather play those than bioshock, just me and many others.
it doesnt matter which one is more realistic, i want a fun game i can just dig in for hours and i dont care about bragging about the physics or crap.
I just know every GT game has sold more than 8 million and forza 2 hasn't even reached a million sales yet so that says something. GT sells consoles, PGR and forza do not. suck it up.
i walked into my local futureshop and bestbuy and so like 10 hd dvd discs on the shelves and no hd dvd players at all. seriously, even if paramount and universal released movies on hd dvd, nobody would know about them and nobody would buy them.
not to mention sony has a store (the sony store) to actually advertise bluray while HD DVD has nowhere it can be advertised. All ps3 owners are bluray supporters compared to like the 5000 hd dvd supporters.
i understand the lair review because i've played it and its crap but warhawk makes no sense to me. this guy probably got whooped by the developers when he played it and got pissed then wrote a review on it.

you can't just blame this guy because he hasnt done anything wrong. switching mags doesnt make him a fanboy or anything, its just a different job.
his review he wrote was crap though, saying no bots? wtf? 60 bucks? u get a frickin headset worth like 50 bucks here in canada. Not to mention every single beta tester said this game was amazing and fun (unlike lair where it looks painful to play) so how can u justify a 6.5 score when beta testers have all positive responses?
...how can u review an online only game when the game hasnt even been released to the public yet? that makes no sense whatsoever so unless they've only played with themselves or with the devs who probably kicked their asses, the review is complete crap.
im buying it on day 1 for the mic nways so i couldn't care less about the reviews but for real reviews, ign is the only place to get legit answers
i would say kane & lynch should be the only one not on the list bcuz its from the creators of hitman and we all love agent 47.
the rest look really bad, especially eternal sonata and blacksite. eternal sonata looks stupid and idiotic while blacksite is some typical shooter with nothing special.
army of 2 looks questionable but still might be a buyer
umm. you do realize paramount isn't going to distribute most of those movies or else it would've already with both formats. look at universal, its not like they're pushing all their catalog movies either.
if fox, columbia pictures and mgm distributed all of their catalog movies, there would be no format war by now. I'd list the entire list of "future" bluray movies but it wouldn't fit in my comment
well at least we'll be seeing more titles than paramount and universal can push out from now til the end of 08. transformers and shrek 3, i would love to see them in bluray but if you compare the lineup of bluray movies coming out and hd dvds coming out, paramount's switch doesnt mean jack to anybody

the reviews wont come in until a few days after teh game's release because it is multiplayer only and the reviewers need to play the game thoroughly online. i hope i get a chance to play with IGN, 1up or Gamespot and whoop ALLLL their assess :D :D :D :D
it'll be a year or two later before devs get their hands on the power of the ps3. once they do though, we should see a shift between the focus of 360 and ps3

doesnt matter. americans love the 360 but if the ps3 is gaining ground then we'll see huge gaps worldwide when big guns like MGS4 come out.
360 will outsell the ps3 until march next year quote me on that. but from then on, its downhill for the 360. sony has a worldwide market, 360 has america. thats it
