Why is this guy getting disagrees? He's speaking the truth. By implementing 3d, your using processing power, so obviously the game won't look as good. I hope this won't affect the game when we play it in 2D, which I'm sure it won't. So it'll most likely be win / win for us.
Personally I'm hoping they focus on GT5, and new IPs. Sure sequels are nice, but I want something new. And before you disagree, I never said I don't want sequels. I'm gonna enjoy LBP2 , Killzone 3 and Resistance 3 just as much as you.

How is this the same old formula? It's the same formula as galaxy, but not from 20 years ago that's for sure. Even though it's still Mario, they keep innovating and somehow manage to keep the franchise successful without giving it a taste of milk (milking the franchise).

First, no GT5 trailer ever had more than 16 cars. Second, I just went on GTPlanet and counted 9 cars in a recent screenshot. Why the negativity? Is it so hard to look forward to a game? Why do you feel like you have to bring the game down when everyone else is looking forward to it. You KNOW it's gonna be a great game, and that it's going to deliver everything it promised.

And we learn how to use floppys. Businesses still use them for BIOS related stuff. Some businesses still use Windows 98, so it's still important to know how to create a 98 boot disk with a floppy.
So Tiger Woods should go away because he doesn't like golf? That's like saying Gran Turismo should go away because some people don't like cars. Tiger Woods games are quality games (most of the time) and should definitely stay. Lots of people play them, including some hardcore gamers.
What I think should go away is people writing dumb articles because they're bored.
