DDR3 + ESRAM (because of bandwidth bottleneck) and a weak GPU + Jaguar CPU
There is no hidden Cell power or whatever. That Console is weaker accept that.

Tomb Raider is worse on Xbone, less texture details, awful performance, drops to 900p in some cutscenes the list goes on.
