It seems probable but I get the feeling it couldn't run higher than 720p-900p for 60 Frames on PS4 Pro.

Look at it this way -
Nintendo is just being Nintendo. Making fun games. They aren't competing with anybody but themselves.
Microsoft is playing for Next Gen at this rate. Hell by some estimates they're already in 3rd.
Sony just has way too many great games coming in 2018 and beyond. Game Over.
