second this, the games are among the best puzzle/story games. Especially VLR
This guy is a legend. If the past games had too much of his personality to it, wow I really wonder if Nintendo would be able to do as good of a job on smash without Sakurai. Wish him a nice long rest!
Outer wilds I think should be mentioned, just beat it recently and its definitely unlike any other game I've played. How similar would you say Myst is to it?
Skyward sword port for full price is lmao, legit no changes at all. Compared to the effort Nintendo put on windwaker HD and that was a lower price, sorry but this is robbery.
Highly recommend 13 Sentinels for those who like story games. Excellent game with amazing story/voice acting.
What things do botw actually do better? It's dungeons are strictly worse, it's bosses are strictly worse, it barely has an ost compared to the classics from oot like song of storms, hyrule field, etc. It has a crappier weapon system just cuz of the weapon breaking. It somehow has less enemy variety. Sure it has a better world, but it barely has anything interesting going on, even oot had more memorable parts of the world like going down in the well in the graveyard. BOTW had stuff lik...
Pretty cool area so far, puzzles are fun and cold mechanic isn't exhausting at all. Looks promising since it's vertical, hopefully has a lot of secret caves
The best part of this comment is that Red Dead Redemption 2 is a great case for why cyberpunk should have been able to run much much better this gen anyways lol. Yet that game came out two years ago right? No excuse today
Pretty disappointed honestly. Like was waiting for one big game announcement at least the whole time... But nothing came. Like Eldin Ring or Horizon or God of War 2 or BOTW 2 since its the Zelda Anniversary next year too. Legit no announcement from any of my anticipated games, lame.
I'm guessing it might be Neku with the recent TWEWY reveal!
How come no one mentions ps5 backwards compatibility with ps4 physical games is literally not possible on the digital edition? I think that can be a big deal to some people.

Yeah of course, that's why I made sure to put Imo. The whole question is purely subjective after all.
It was a good year but best of all? 2017 was even much better Imo with games like HZD, nier, nioh, hollow knight, botw, odyssey, Persona 5 and yakuza 0 just from the top of my head.
Some metroid prime 4 would be more than greatly appreciated.
Joker for smash was pretty damn hype. But that might just be recentcy bias. No one ever saw it coming.
Nintendo closing down so many Rom sites. Emuparadise was great for retro stuff. Like they don't even gain anything by doing this.
Team Cherry with Hollow Knight. Holy shit that game was so good, and 3 free DLC packs? They're devs for the gamers. Especially considering how cheap the game is for the its value.
As a lot of people have said, Bethesda. The game being so underwhelming was one thing, but the whole canvas bag fiasco. Yikes.
The "you cant" part isn't true at all. You can just buy every mtx option with in-game currency and its not even hard to get.
