Namco Bandai makes both games, and Kishimoto designed Lars 3rd costume for Tekken. It fit in well after that.

IW didn't need those checks at first because no one is suppose to have access to the disc files. So you can't blame them for the hacks that wasn't suppose to happen in the first place. They will probably patch it and it will take while for it to go thru certification, but at least IW is going to be doing something about it.
What about Gladiate mode on Fat Princess? Unless they don't count PSN games.
