the PS3 has a nice line-up, but the 360 has some good ones coming as well. that's why i own both though.

i'm with you. this article is just as stupid as the one from yesterday giving reason to pick the 360 version. people just want crap to wine about like little babies. just buy the game! who cares what platform it's on, you'll have fun no matter what, guaranteed.

i found it strange that i didn't know about this update before i got home from work and started up my xbox. sure enough, a refresh of the n4g page and someone had mentioned it.

yup, this with the DS3 and soon DLC, this game scores a perfect 10 in my book. not one thing i'd improve in it. good job, Criterion.
i would have a lot to add to this but it seems like just about everyone has covered the basics.
if i had waited for the 360 version and gotten it and never experience the PS3 version, i would be a pretty sad person. i love using the mods that the guys make. they're pretty awesome. they add unlimited amounts of fun to the game dude.
yeah, seriously. i feel confident that i picked up the right version. i just added a whole bunch of mods to mine recently. i love the fvcking jet pack!!! do that one and add low gravity, throw in the gore mutator, play with master chief and it's game on!!!

good news the 360 gets the optional install as well. very happy about that. i'm probably still gonna get both versions though. not everyone is a dual console owner and i have friends on both sides.
because they were so late releasing the PS3 map pack, they threw in the double xp to coerce you into getting it because they know everyone is going to start playing a lot of GTAIV. they also know that MGS4 is just around the corner.
i don't know if i wanna get it or not. i can afford it but no one's gonna be on there because of GTAIV...plus i'll be playing it :/
yes, you can play these mods online. if you are a host you can enable them.
if you are connecting to a host, they must have the mods you want to play with enabled, as well as yourself. hope that made sense, haha.
yeah man, mods are seriously giving UT3 steam. i played in 3rd person action cam and low gravity and it was a blast. can't wait to check out the jetpack with Rodents Faction hahahaha.
