Because COD has been the same game since COD 4. All the COD games after COD 4 should be DLC.
The real question is: Is it going to suck like GTA IV?

For my first playthrough I also did hardcore and got around 45 hours doing pretty much everything.

I think it's more around £196 = $320.
Go back to making gameplay similar to COD 1 and 2. That means no killstreaks and perks, which makes it less noob friendly.
