Hah! If you actually read the article you would see that the writer refers to the Tomb Raider incident. This writer has owned a PS4 much longer than he has owned an Xbox One, so implying that he's some kind of Microsoft fanboy just makes me laugh.
I agree. Naturally a company is going to promote their product to no end. As the consumers, us gamers need to be aware of that and not set ourselves up for disappointment. All the blame certainly can't be put on the developer alone.
Destiny and Watch_Dogs turned out to be good games. They just didn't meet everyone's expectations, my own included. I'm curious, do you guys think these games were over hyped by the developers or by the gamers? Who is to blame for the crazy hype? I think it's a bit of both.
Am I the only one being linked to a google translate page? I didn't get any article by clicking that link.
I believe it's in both the UK and the US right now. If you want a code you should search "smash bros code" on Twitter. They keep popping up but they go QUICK! So be ready to input it the second someone posts one.
I don't think its that anyone is worried about it. It's just interesting seeing the business aspect of it sometimes rather than the gaming aspect.
It is still very early to tell, but I do agree with your points! The Xbox One has some bad stigma surrounding it with all of the policy changes and Sony's sales are just soaring. I will personally own both consoles when I'm able to.
That would make more sense. I'm the publisher rather than the author, so I'll talk with the author about that. Thanks.
Google told me October 7th. I guess that's an old date. Regardless of the case, Dragon Age still isn't on that list, which it should be IMO. I guess its just an opinion article, though.
For me September will be all about Destiny. October will be Dragon Age, even though its not on this list. November will be Halo Master Cheif Collection if I end up getting an X1 by then.
Like the Windows Phone assistant? Is that coming to Xbox?
I agree that it would be a cool device to have, I just wouldn't want to spend $100 on it.
Yeah, but don't you think there should be reasons that make you want to? Surely you don't want one for no reason.
I want developers to focus on making the games as good as possible, then worry about resolution. I don't need 1080p. Hell, when I was on PS3 and Xbox 360 I thought I WAS playing in 1080p. I want great games to come before great resolution. Though both would be nice.
Do want :D
Do want. Is this still going on?
Thank you!
The N64 had tons of amazing games! It makes it really tough to make a top 10 :P
Thanks! I've had some other comments saying the same thing about Banjo and Conker. Those are a couple of games that I never actually got my hands on.
I played the trial and it works surprisingly well. It seems to work much better than it did during the public beta. The main thing keeping me from subscribing is the game selection. Right now the service itself is pretty good.
