Well the system wasn't made by gamers. It was a system made my corporate suits for TV! TV! TV!. The attempt at raping our rights to the First Sale Doctrine. Microsofts blatant disrespect to 30% of it's userbase stating if you want offline and used games to purchase a system that they already own. I could go on. Microsoft didn't change all these anti-consumer policies until they saw pre-order numbers and panicked. They were perfectly content with telling everyone to #dealwithit unt...
Exactly right. The ESRB rates "Game of the Year/Definitive" editions as brand new games with a brand new SKU. I've been parroting this since the exclusive deal was revealed. No-one listened.
Yeah, they kinda burned a bridge they were building with the exclusive deal. I know I won't be purchasing it because it is online only. But also more-so because of the exclusive deal at the last minute. Remember even the developers were surprised.
This is absolutely correct. They worded Titanfall exclusivity VERY sneakily. "Exclusive for the life of the title/game." As coincidence would have it, the ESRB rates "Game of the year editions or Definitive editions" that include the base game AND DLC as brand new games. That is because they have a brand new SKU and are deemed a new game altogether. Titanfall will absolutely be released on the PS4. But that doesn't make a difference to me. I would never pay over $20 fo...
The creature that crawls out of the blood puddle in The Evil Within trailer is creepier than the entirety of Dead Island. IMO.
"Why is next gen defined by 1080p?"
That would be because people have HDTV's that are 1080P capable. It IS the standard now. What you are saying would be true for the 360/PS3 launch. But not nearly so now.
What a crock. Killzone Mercenary, Wipeout 2048, Uncharted, Gravity Rush, Soul Sacrifice, Dragons Crown, Toukiden, Street Fighter Vs. Tekken, NFS Most Wanted etc. all say hello. I have TONS of games for my Vita. Will be getting GOW collection and Borderlands 2 this week just to show support.
I was able to play a little bit of this game on my buddies PS3 a couple of months ago. I really can't wait to play it on my PS4.
Outlast is reallly, by far, scarier. Playing that game on hard works your nerves.
Well, it was always a silly argument. If they planned on that, wouldn't the PS Eye be readily available in stores?
This game is developed by the same people who made Dead Island right? Meh, to be honest.
Edit:
Yea, yea, downvotes. I'm just thinking more of The Evil Within. I can guarantee that game will be better, by far.
Seriously? I would have thought Mario bros. would be the most milked franchise. Seriously, there's like 20 of them.
@Kane @sic_chops
Yes, most of the game is installed. But its delivery form is infinitely better than having to download it and consume my bandwith.
Hard drive space is too important. I was always going to buy this game physically anyway. Soo the discount means nothing to me. I hope Project Cars has a retail release or I probably won't ever play it.
You can have PS3 controls on PS Vita. The button mapping on the PS Vita. You can make them whatever you want.
This is honestly a very tough question. I absolutely LOVE Infamous Second Son. But Outlast is an extremely good scare. I just got the DLC last night. My GF and I have played a bit of Outlast together and it's just screams and jumps left and right.
Buy the DLC for Outlast instead. Trust me. I ran around for a full hour without a single scary moment in Daylight..I regret the purchase immensely.
I absolutely love Outlast. I'm going to get this DLC to support the RB development team. I am hoping for more games from them.
This could be awesome. I hope I win. I'm sure everyone does. But I'm hoping more! haha
Seriously. Nintendo needs new games..I'm sure this is fun, but jesus. Come on.
