Halo 3 is definitely growing on me the more and more I play it. I think at first I didn't like multiplayer because I wasn't good at it. On Call of Duty 4 I was near the top of the charts and then I get Halo 3 and got my butt kicked. Now though things are starting to click into place. Messing with my sensitivity helped me a lot!

Before you read this post... there are no "spoilers" but... I do mention a couple new vehicles and characters so... you may want to not read this if you have not gotten to at least stage 8 of the campaign.

I think the graphics are top notch with bright colors. I found even driving into trees fun because the whole tree would shake realistically if it was a big tree or bend completely and allow me to run over it if it is a small tree. It seems like Halo 3 should be ev...

You know... I'm wondering if a lot of people here actually played the campaign and finished it. It sounds like people either don't have the game or just did the first level of the campaign and makes a judgement on the game. I'm not saying Halo 3 has the best graphics ever but... they do come close and the gameplay is addicting and fun.

I love the graphics. I think they are wonderful and I'm glad Bungie stayed with the cartoonish/bright color theme. Gears of War looks great but the darkness of it makes it so dreary (I understand that is the best look for THAT game though). I think Halo 3's graphics are awesome except the human characters. The alien/flood characters are great though. I have not seen a lot of the stuff they did with Halo 3 done in any other game. The particle affects, the way grass/trees move and sway, a...

WOW... (don't worry... won't give away anything here) after finishing Halo 3 all I can say is that I am utterly impressed. Never before have I been so impressed with a game other then it being a little short. Their are great level designs, awesome vehicles, great graphics and more. I was so impressed on the tree level. The trees looked amazing and if you rammed stuff into them, the way they would sway is something that I always wished other games would do. Unlike the other two Halo games...

These guys are very intelligent but... have they even played Halo 3???

First off... Halo 3 is a great great game and I'm glad it is out. I want to play devils advocate for a second here though since Halo 3 has a lot of fanfare and the developers should have put their highest effort into this game.

Now that Halo 3 is released... does anyone else feel that it is a little underwelming? I felt like going back to Call of Duty 4 after just a couple hours. For Halo 3 to not have a dash function is horrible. I get bored just running at the same pace. ...

Viva Pinata Party Animals is one of Microsoft's Secret Weapons to beat the Wii... I don't think Q knows what he is talking about. Analyists these days are getting worse and worse with their predictions. As much as Microsoft says the Wii is not its competition... you know it does have some sway which is why Microsoft is trying so hard to win over the casual gamers too. I for one can't wait to get the Scene it game with the 4 remotes and even give Party Animal a try.

Power of green-
You are right on. I avoid people who game with Wi-Fi like the plague. It is alright if they are just a normal gamer but if a host has a Wi-Fi connection, you will know. Just play Call of Duty 4 and you will see what I mean. I think the hosts use Wi-Fi to their advantage.

I do think Microsoft should have Wi-Fi in the 360 but.... I believe that real/hardcore gamers don't use Wi-Fi anyway. The very slight lag compared to a cable is too much to be on the top of the leaderboards. When it comes to headshots... lag matters.

Standard Edition here... even of Halo 3.

I like how glitchers will die but... I don't think gaining access to rooftops for instance is a glitch. (I've never done it but when I do see people do it I consider it a fun kill cuz he is in a wide open spot.) I consider glitching the stuff people did in Halo 2 multiplayer.

Cruel that they are upping the beta cap after Halo 3 is released. Hope they don't want much feedback.

I love my Xbox 360 and even other Microsoft products but I'm glad this audio hit the web. I have had horrible technical support calls to Microsoft talking to people who obviously aren't in the US and I want Microsoft to know that they need to fix this.

This just shows how far behind the big N is. Having to actually anounce one of their best games has online support. I'm glad I don't have to worry about games being released without online multiplayer support on the PS360. Now that I got that out of my system.

I have a Wii too and I'm excited about SSB, Mario Galaxy, and Mario Kart. I'm glad to hear that people can experience online multiplayer support on all three systems. I personally think online multiplayer is much mor...

I think Red Steel only sold well because people were initially picking up their Wii (maybe a few hardcore gamers folded and got the Wii too) and wanted another game besides Wii sports. Now that people have the Wii, I think sales overall will go down. Judging by the 6.0 rating on Red Steel... I think I'm right.

I think Call of Duty 4 is a good idea but I think that you shouldn't just gain points. I think that you should be able to lose points too (kind of like Halo 2 but a little more forgiving). I have a problem thinking someone who kills 25 people but dies 32 times gets a higher score then someone who kills 23 people and dies 8 times. On the flip side, I think you should get many more points for killing then for dying because if you didn't, it would result in more snipers and less fast action g...

Gets boring quite quick. I've had it for about 2 weeks and I have almost all the achievements and probably around 4000 kills and it just doesn't satisfy me like Call of Duty 3 multiplayer does. I think a medic perk that takes up maybe like two or three perk slots would make it more exciting. Just a thought. I know most of you hate Call of Duty 3 for some reason though.

I'm not sure if the real game is like this or if my demo was broken but when I played this game it felt unrealistic because the enemies will just keep respawning and coming towards you. The only way to stop this forward movement of the enemy is to push through it and somehow that lets the game know to stop respawing new enemies. Seems a little unrealistic since the number of enemies in an area should be a set number.

Does anyone else notice this?

Is it me or are these uglier then current Ipod Nanos? I have a current gen. Nano and think it looks superior to this. I don't care if my small screen can't play videos. You buy the Nano for the music and small size in my opinion.

Each time I play my Wii I feel like throwing the stupid Wii remote through my window and I end up cursing Nintendo for such a stupid concept. Never have a done that with the dual analog sticks on the PS3 or 360 since it just feels nature and the cursor goes where I want it to.
