Considering the network is safe, I will give everything Sony is offering back to them to get the network up now.
This is awesome. Hopefully they are great games. I have over 100 PSN games so there is a good chance I will have all the games being offered. Oh well. Trey 4 Life!

The sad thing is with Sony giving away free games for PS3 and PSP, 30 days of PLUS, 30 days of Qriocity and free Identity Theif program some people still would be happy.

Title says SCEE confirms SAME Protection Programs for Europe. Then when I click the link it states...."we are working incredibly hard to offer you something very similar". How can it be confirmed if they are still working on it?

Customer loyalty is a BIG part of it. If Customers continue to support Sony, investors will keep investing. Also how Sony handles each crisis plays a huge roll too. Sony needed to handle this hack situation delicately. They would need to reassure each customer that PSN will be safe to continue success. 1. Can we all agree that NO network is safe from hackers.
2. Its not wrong for a company to reassure their customer that if a breach happens they will go to measures to prevent a breach from happening again.
3. Its not wrong for a company to protect themselves legally from any lawsuits from customers, other companies etc.
