I read this article and I literally SMH. Look it's cheaper than the PC version and you get 3 versions of the game with cross-buy value is will worth is it and with the additional 10% its even better. If you really don't like the deal or the price simply wait till it goes free on plus, if ever. Why go out your way to complain about a discount that Sony and Devolver didn't even have to give you.
I hate this hole debate about game's price and length. If people want to pay less for shorter games then by default they should pay more for longer games. A game should be as long as it needs to be.

Just curious how do you convert BattleToads an old school side school beat 'me up into a current gen game. Do they make a small digital game and keep the old school roots with nice graphics? Do they change it into a third person action game like DMC or God of War?

Agree DoA is very underrated as far as technical fighting games go and DoA 5 is great fighting game.
DoA 5 Last Round (the 3rd update of the game) has about as much DLC included on the disc as Ultra Street Fighter 4 (the 4th update to the game). But I agree with most of your post.
I hope all the DLC gets packaged into the disc western release for convenience sake. This game has bumped it's way into my top 5 anticipated games of this year.
If Rocksteady's Batman series could get the large scale Metroidvania formula down, I can't see why a 3d Castlevania can't work. But I would love to see a new 2d Castlevania but with Igarshi gone I don't think Konami will do anything with Castlevania for a long time.
The article makes one interesting point in that if this was made years ago this would have gotten a higher score. This made me wonder if this is true. Not having played it yet and will when I get this tomorrow I'm definitely going to see if there is an old school type approach to this. Knack had a similar old school type approach to its game something I found very similar to the original Crash Bandicoot.

Actually I really don't care about game length as long as enjoy playing it for example:
Mega Man and Mega Man X games I can beat in an hour or 2 now a days but I always come back to them every once or twice a year. I loved the hell out these games I care not for the length of them. Usually when it's my first time playing a Mega Man game it takes me 3-4 hours to beat.
Final Fantasy 7 I spent over 200 hours. I spent a majority of those hours just grindi...

Well PS3 MK 9 did have Kratos and 360 got no one. Same thing happened with Street Fighter X Tekken. And I think Kratos also showed up in a Soul Calibur game.
