the Covenants were actually pretty easy to understand, im also kind of glad that they didnt explain it to well, that way your forced to figure out what to do for yourself or ask a friend or people on the internet. i also like that it didnt hold your hand throughout the game... and i hope it stays that way in the next one and not make it noob friendly
you should call sony customer service, although most of the people i have talked to are idiots... maybe they can check to see if it does
