When the Activision/Blizzard deal goes through and Microsoft starts bringing in revenue from Sony then yes I expect next year will be better.
I think all future Sony games are going to PC, I mean Sony would be stupid not to cash in on the PC market.

Killzone went to the same place as Socom and Mag, more money in 25 hour single player games with no servers to maintain. Socom was literally the reason I bought a PS2, Resistance FOM the reason I bought a PS3, all gone now.
