My thoughs exactly. However here is what could happen: SF vs MK could be a fatality-less game with SF mechanics and Capcom's terms, whereas MK vs SF could be a brutal game with fatalities and such with NetherRealm's terms.
This could satisfy most gamers. This is the same thing with 'SF x Tekken' and 'Tekken x SF'

The minus $1MM is obviously for the point-n-click adventure game. In other words, if they hit $20MM, $19MM would go to Psychonauts 2 and $1MM to the point n click adventure.

My guess is that Nazguls are not available on the Oblivion version. However, they might appear when the team decides to port it to Skyrim. They'll simply have to replace the dragons' skin with Nazguls, so it's possible. It will need a lot of work and tweak, but it could very well happen
same here and what is even better with Open Cities is that the fights (right in front the gate) have a new meaning now with this mod
