To say that Blizzard is falling from Grace is an understatement if anything. Unless you mean its an overused term then fair enough.

1. Compared to the rest of the game, then yes combat was not the best. Though still much better than in most other games, just not on par with the storytelling, world design, etc.
2. Didn't notice that too much.
3. This one I disagree with. With a game as well-written as the Witcher 3, they can (IMO) add all the dialogue they want.

Yea the physicality sounds great and no premium pass also fantastic.
That shouldn't be a problem. Anything with a dedicated GPU that was made in the last 10 years can run it at 60 fps basically.
