Gamers should and in some cases do. It's really up to the publisher to actually listen.
I hate how Team Ninja doesn't even try with the story line, sure we know a little bit about Samus, but it feels like Halo and how they did with Master Chief.

I'd say that going after the devices capable would be a better solution than going after individuals. For one it's horrible publicity to slap massive fines on your fans, as the RIAA would know with music, and how the MPAA will soon find out with movies. While piracy is to wide spread at this point to stop completely, I do agree with these companies to at least fight it anyway they can

I think the multiplayer is better than COD4, and spec ops is awesome...but the single player in terms of the story was a mess. Its like they had to add some ridiculous twist and shock you every hour.

Agreed with what is stated. It doesn't seem however that developers have the resources nor the time to concentrate on each thing equally.
I actually thought GTA4 was pretty decent, despite what so many others thought. So, heres hoping this is just as good.
