i have to admit when i first saw it i felt a sickened, prob thnx to the level of detail of current gen games. but it IS god of war and after goin thru the others recently it is a staple of the franshise.
I think most ppl prob feel the same way with their first view of the vid as this is the 1st GOW this gen which is also one of the first games to show off what curr gen games are capable of
rachel was an alright character took some time gt use to her as shes more of a tank character (atleast in ngs 1)hopefully they speed her up jus a lil bit but this game is def day 1 buy for me
and i'd say its near impossible for GT5 to reach GT3 numbers seeing that GT3 was bundled with PS2s (around the time when the system was taking off) unless of ourse sony decides to do something similar with the ps3 during the holiday season (if it comes out this holiday) *prays for this to happen* definitly pickin up GT5 and GT psp when they come out

But yea kinda stupid to compare a game just released with one not even out yet. They both look alright (pickin up infamous tomorrow).
Only minor gripe i have (and i mean minor) is that in the preview vids of prototype it seems like a bunch of the main characters animations are reused from the HULK Ultimate Destruction game (which was a pretty fun game) We'll have to see if that was jus for preview build...
$10 is a lil much, lucky i got my PS1 version to play anyways if anybody does buy remember to hold right (or was it left) over the "advanced" difficulty selection until it turns green to double your ammo :)
def picking this up loved beachhead but southern hills (dont remember that map its not the snow map right?)
GG also needs to bring back that assault mode where theres the 3 generators per side and teams have to protect theirs while trying to destroy the other teams i know its kinda the concept as assassination but it was fun as hell.
same here still have the box for this and lunar 2 and extras around here, its an awesome game definitly must buy for me.

also as mentioned below totally agree i really think that the music as well as other aspects in game creation go unappreciated by the masses, some of the art direction in games can easily rival that of festival films and award winning novels.
although I only used BD-Live once (for Dark Knight) this article reads like some overly critical, forum dweller wrote it.

this issue of bonds DOES NOT mean the company is running out of money or in trouble, as issuing debt is a form of financial leverage successful companies partake in as it INCREASES the value of the firm as opposed to one being financed by 100% equity, as the poster a couple spots above me wrote. Its how much leverage the company seeks which has gotten firms in trouble in the past(financing on 100% debt is a no-no obviously) A mistake MSFT surely will not make.
