Seems like in the eyes of critics, story driven games should remian the domain of indie devs.

To be fair to those larger websites, i really wonder if there is a substantial audience for stuff like this. Most of the time i just write for my own personal satisfaction (the blog competition is a nice incentive though). This is the largest response i've ever gotten. ANd its only because the topic was sex.

Its not like the school girl fantasy is unique to them. They just may not see a downside to being open with the indulgence. could just be an absence of consequences.

yep, he seems intent on enjoying games while the rest of the media seems intent on complaining about games and those who play them.
Like it or not, a lot of people could learn a thing or 2 from him if they are interested in a younger demographic.
While i dont like his work, i do appreciate his lack of cynicism.He seems to genuinely enjoy what he is doing, even when playing bad games.
Maybe the jaded media professionals could learn a thing or two from him. Maybe they should curb their constant bitching and moaning.
