The set level for the raid is actually under 30. If you are already 30 you have a sporting chance at beating it right now, so you don't have to wait to get in there and whip ass.
I think that the biggest disadvantage is the feeling of a lack of DLC for the price. Because Bungie had to focus on both PVP and PVE content, you feel like there's not much to speak of. Compare it with Call of Duty DLC however and you'll see the value [at least simply in content.]
Call of Duty DLC pack: 5 multiplayer maps, 1 Survival map.
Destiny DLC pack: 3 multiplayer maps, 3 Story maps, 1 Strike [or 2], 1 raid.
Offering 8-9 components as co...
Fantastic article, but most people won't fork out the cost because they already own a PS4. The only people who don't likely bought the Xbone for KI.
I was really surprised to see No Man's Sky getting a huge push, showcased as one of the last titles, but really on a premiere level. That indie studio is going to go places after this launch.
Another fantastic update. Still just waiting on that multi-player.
It's kills like these that keep me coming back to the Crucible. Though it's possible to do in all sorts of games, with only six people on their team, this guy wipes out five. Pretty good stuff.
I think it deserves a chance - though I don't plan on owning it myself. Reviews are strong early, which is great, but eh formula is still Call of Duty, which isn't as great.
Halo is a great series, and I'm not sure how I feel about 343 changes to the series. Screenshots are beautiful though.
That's some great perspective. Indies are kinda closed off from the world most of the time. Nice to read something from their side for once.
I'd love to see this game get funded, given that we can destroy the entire map, and no maps are the same.
It feels like an old school Diablo fight, with stealth tacked in. Seems pretty awesome.
That's great news. I really hope that support continues in the coming months so that this game can be better than its competition.
Have you played it? What did you think?
It's only about 10 bucks, so it's pretty cheap if you're looking to pick it up on Steam.
It looks like a one-time buy competitor to EVE Online, but that's just me. We'll see after the full review.
There is a review in progress, so we'll let you know soon.
I'm probably not the majority, but it's already the game I was hyped up for. I've spent at least 80 hours in the game since launch, and at 80 dollars for the collector's edition [digital] I'd say that a dollar an hour was worth it.
I'm certainly not done playing, and if you're not into the story you should try more multiplayer. It's not all about the gear in there.
With the latest patch, this doesn't work. They nerfed spawn rates immediately after wipes, and since you'll be alone in your party, that's a wipe.
Just three here. :(
I'm pretty excited to see what Mojang is going to do to try to compete with Hearthstone and others in the market. Hopefully they stand out.
