You could play your library on any system of not just games you bought digitally but also the ones you bought disc based from a store after you install it and authenticate online(that is why you needed to check in every 24 hours for the disc based games on your hard drive to check)

They said 15 exclusives for the first year not for the entire console cycle/so its possible to show more than a year out
