I'm actually excited for this one (one of the few, I know) so hopefully the campaign impresses more than an arena mode I won't play.
I still enjoyed it. Had a lot of fun with it, actually. Even spent the time to complete it. I guess its just differing of opinions and the fact that I played it when it was fresh instead of a "complete" port a few years late...
No, I'm specifically referring to the original release of this game on Xbox 360, which didn't have a lot of the issues in your review. This isn't Arcania 4, by the way, its Arcania: Gothic 4.
I'm wondering if the PS3 version is the issue here because I sure as hell didn't experience anywhere near the amount of glitches and issues that you did.
Ouch. What a shame. I really dug the original Arcania release so a 2/10 really confuses me. Was that much changed or do I just like crappy games?
Remember the days when the OUYA could do no wrong?
I'll stick with my SNES...
See, I actually LIKED installing my game and not needing the disc anymore. Oh well.
I miss Rock Band...
I'm a sucker for these games, but the score is definitely spot on no matter how much I'm enjoying the game.
Might go cancel my preorder...
:(
Is it the 14th yet?
Please??
Yeah, it's for the best. It's a fun game, but the price for everything is just way too high.
Solid Deal of the Week recommendation if it happens.
I'm not writing anybody off until E3, and even then I'm going to own both a PS4 and an Xbox One anyways. There's no use skipping consoles if you have the means to own them. The only thing you're doing is missing out on potentially great games.
The biggest thing is deciding WHEN to buy those consoles and I think E3 will help that decision on whether I buy them at launch or if I wait a while before picking up either of the new consoles.
I like how you get disagrees just because you are buying a particular game system to enjoy the games released for it.
HOW DARE YOU, SIR.
@Why
Compared to MS? Much better.
In general? Still lacking because it was all content that had very little appeal to me.
Trust me, I hope E3 is killer for both sides. I like playing good games no matter the console. That's why I own them all. Ignoring any side only hurts the gamer.
Still doesn't mean I have to like everything.
Thanks, though, for asking!
Wasn't a fan of what was shown and it went on for way too long. I wasn't impressed at all. Sorry.
Did you actually READ the article?
You know, the part where I said exactly what you just posted while saying I can't completely count them out yet?
Or did you just jump to post an insult because I wasn't pleased with the reveal?
I'm an actual Xbox fan with hundreds of 360 games. Doesn't mean I'm a blind fanboy who can see no wrong in a company...
I REALLY need to import a Circle Pad Pro LL so I can enjoy this game on my 3DS XL without murdering my hands.
Shame Disney felt the need to shutter such a legendary studio...
The industry is a-changing.
Glad I didn't buy this... Almost did until I started seeing reviews.
I'm really tempted to pick up Rocksmith.
The hurdles in this are a.) lack of guitar and b.) lack of any actual sense of skill.
Even with five songs missing, the new setlist and the old stuff combine to create a damn appealing lineup of songs.
